I wanted to make a chubby character. A questionably sexy chubby character. And I wanted to be different by making her sort of based on oil. That wasn't enough, though. I wanted to think of something nifty and clever for her to do. Something respectable and grand...

...I don't know if I'll stick with the officer get up, but it's nice to see one of my concepts clothed at least. Care to share any hints, feel free to.


P.S. I have no idea how to color oil surfaces. HALP MEH.
